Staff Software Engineer, Open Source Server

Job Description

Design, implement, test, and maintain core backend features for highly scalable, multi-tenant services, addressing distributed-systems concerns such as latency, reliability, availability, and multi-region failover. Document design and operational practices, and provide the logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards, and runbooks needed to deploy and operate features in production.

Requirements: Candidates should have extensive experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems, building highly concurrent systems, and writing production concurrent code at an advanced or expert level. Experience with reliability, Elasticsearch or ClickHouse, and improving team velocity is sought; familiarity with Go and infrastructure environments is a plus.
