Design, prototype, test, and release mechanical components, assemblies, and enclosures for counter-unmanned aircraft systems, taking designs from concept through manufacturing release. Collaborate across engineering and product teams on system integration, design reviews, testing, documentation, risk mitigation, and improvements to product quality, manufacturability, and cost.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline, at least eight years of professional mechanical engineering experience, CAD proficiency, experience with engineering drawings and documentation, and hands-on fabrication, prototyping, testing, and product development. Candidates must be able to apply GD&T, obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance, and travel up to 10%; experience with ruggedized hardware, environmental testing, and defense or aerospace systems is beneficial.
