Design and maintain distribution campus layouts, analyze workflows and material handling, and develop labor standards and models to improve productivity and operational performance. Advise stakeholders on business cases, capital planning, incentive programs, permitting requirements, and operational decisions.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, a project management certification, and proven experience improving productivity in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or similar operations. Preferred qualifications include five or more years managing engineered labor standards, advanced MOST methodology expertise, a master's degree, and experience leading large-scale improvements and capital planning.
