Design and maintain facility layouts, analyze workflows and material handling, and develop labor standards and models to improve productivity, safety, and operational effectiveness. Advise stakeholders on business cases, capital planning, incentive programs, performance metrics, and engineering requirements while supporting operational decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and a project management certification are required, along with experience improving productivity in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or similar operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills are needed; five or more years managing engineered labor standards and practical knowledge of MOST are standout qualifications.
