Software Engineer, AI Systems (PMTS)

Job Description

Design and deliver reliable AI agents and backend systems that combine model reasoning with deterministic workflow execution, including verification, recovery, state management, and evaluation. Work directly with customers to validate workflows and shape reusable product capabilities, while guiding architecture, mentoring engineers, and contributing hands-on.

Requirements: Candidates should have led complex backend systems from architecture through production, have hands-on experience shipping and operating LLM-powered systems, and be able to reason about concurrency, persistent state, retries, and partial failures. Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript is required, along with the ability to turn customer problems into production-ready solutions and engage directly with customers.
