Civil Engineer

Job Description

Develop and maintain clear, complete, traceable, field-ready civil scope for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, translating design, site, contract, estimate, and permit requirements into executable work. Coordinate scope reviews and handoffs across engineering, estimating, construction, environmental, safety, quality, subcontractors, and commercial teams while tracking quantities, resolving open items, and escalating risks.

Requirements: Candidates need experience supporting civil engineering, construction, project engineering, estimating, pre-construction, or field execution; interpreting civil drawings and technical requirements; coordinating project stakeholders; and identifying and communicating risks or scope gaps. A civil engineering degree, PE or EIT credential, relevant utility-scale energy or EPC experience, and knowledge of civil site work are preferred, along with the ability to travel 25%.
