FLEX AI Software Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Description

Own automated quality strategy and build browser, API, integration, and end-to-end tests for conversational AI and intelligent search. Evaluate AI response quality, safety, performance, and reliability, integrate quality gates into delivery pipelines, and report release readiness to stakeholders.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience. Candidates need at least two years in quality engineering, test automation, or SDET work, strong programming and automation experience, and experience testing AI applications and cloud-native systems.
