Workday Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, implement, support, and enhance Workday HRIS solutions across HR functional areas, including architecture, configuration, integrations, reporting, and system optimization. Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes and user experience, troubleshoot complex issues, document solutions, and support or mentor team members.

Requirements: Candidates should have strong Workday HRIS architecture, configuration, and support experience, with expertise in at least one functional area such as Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Development, or Performance Management. They should be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and bring experience with implementation, testing, deployment, support, process improvement, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
