Software Engineer, C++, Level 4

Job Description

Design, develop, and support features for LensCore, the augmented reality engine used across Specs, Snapchat Lenses, and Lens Studio, and optimize the engine for Specs. Collaborate with other teams to deliver features to Lens creators and participate in feature planning and technical specification development.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, at least 2 years of industry C++ development, strong computer science fundamentals, communication and teamwork skills, scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with Linux/Unix. Candidates must also have experience in at least one of rendering APIs, 3D rendering engines, or computer vision, sensors, or machine learning; modern C++, technical leadership, Qt, and related libraries are preferred.
