Senior Design Engineer

Job Description

Support the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of AC and brushless DC motors, fans, blowers, and cooling systems, including engineering changes and product failure reviews. Provide technical support to sales, production, and program management, and review and approve drawings, bills of materials, test plans, and reports.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's and/or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline, plus at least eight years of relevant experience in an AS9100 quality-system manufacturer. Candidates should have motor design and testing experience, expert GD&T knowledge, strong electromagnetics and motor-assembly expertise, and excellent communication skills; aerospace experience and specified motor-design software are preferred.
