Sr Software Engineer I

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable backend applications and microservices for digital payment products, using Java and Kotlin. Build high-performance distributed systems and secure APIs, troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability, and contribute through code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend development, including extensive Java 8+ and Kotlin experience, concurrent programming, REST APIs, and application security. Candidates should have experience with databases, automated testing, Agile methods, production support, and collaboration across engineering, architecture, and product teams; a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is specified.
