Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Own backend and full-stack capabilities from problem definition through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support, including services, APIs, workflow tools, and user-facing experiences. Set technical direction, make architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable software and measurable outcomes.

Requirements: Requires strong hands-on experience building backend services, APIs, full-stack applications, or complex production systems, with end-to-end ownership and solid software design, architecture, testing, security, performance, and troubleshooting fundamentals. Candidates should have experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction, plus a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
