Lead Software Engineer – React/Java

Job Description

Lead the design and hands-on development of enterprise applications, microservices, and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and React, including containerized solutions with Docker and Kubernetes. Guide and mentor engineering teams, make architectural decisions, review designs and code, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, high-performing solutions.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, at least 10 years of software development experience, and at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role. Candidates need strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and relational databases, as well as the ability to work onsite in Omaha five days per week.
