Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Develop product and technology roadmaps, research emerging technologies, and lead engineering from idea generation and prototyping through validation, product development, and launch. Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and present technical findings and business cases to executives and customers.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with 10 or more years of relevant industrial machine design or product development experience. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD capabilities, analytical skills, and technical leadership, communication, and project management abilities; experience with sensors, data analysis, and machine learning is an asset.
