Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including custom workflows, automations, Lightning components, and integrations with enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD and releases, and maintain technical and operational documentation.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of software engineering or application development experience, and at least two years of Salesforce development experience with tools such as Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, or OmniStudio. Candidates should have integration and Agile/SDLC experience, familiarity with AI concepts and productivity tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and must complete Humana's AI skills assessment.
