Job Description

Set the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for international search and personalization, including AI-native discovery, shared multi-market platforms, and engineering standards. Resolve complex cross-team technical challenges, mentor senior technical leaders, and partner with business and technology executives to guide roadmaps and platform decisions.

Requirements: Requires 15+ years of experience designing and developing scalable distributed applications and platforms, with a strong track record in large-scale search, recommendations, personalization, or advertising systems. Candidates should demonstrate organization-wide technical leadership, talent development, executive communication, and deep expertise across search, ML/AI, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and experimentation; a bachelor's degree plus six years of relevant experience or eight years of relevant experience is the stated minimum qualification.
