Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead technical initiatives and deliver software engineering work, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, upgrading, and deploying technology solutions. Drive adoption of modern testing practices by building reusable automation frameworks, supporting delivery teams, resolving technical challenges, and guiding less experienced staff.

Requirements: Requires at least four years of software engineering experience, four years of Java/J2EE experience, and four years of hands-on experience implementing automated testing in CI/CD with Selenium, Playwright, and/or Karate. Desired qualifications include technical leadership in test automation, enterprise test management and traceability, HyperExecute orchestration, scalable frameworks, risk-based testing, legacy modernization, and experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments.
