Industrial Engineer II (Onsite)

Job Description

Improve manufacturing and test processes for electronic assemblies by analyzing test failures, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and increasing quality, yield, throughput, and equipment reliability. Conduct capacity and process-flow analyses, support production readiness and test validation, select and improve test equipment, and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Requirements: A university degree and at least two years of relevant experience are typically required; an advanced degree or six years of relevant experience without a degree is also accepted. Preferred qualifications include Lean manufacturing and factory-layout experience, strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
