Principal Engineer, Software Engineering

Job Description

Develop, coordinate, and conduct complex tests and debugging for control and diagnostic systems, and collaborate across disciplines on the planning, design, development, and use of software systems. Design and implement build procedures, recommend improvements to software production components, and analyze end-user needs to resolve software requirements and data acquisition issues.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 8 years of progressive aerospace software engineering experience; alternatively, a master's degree or equivalent and 5 years of such experience is acceptable. Also requires at least 5 years of experience in avionics navigation systems, DO-178B DAL-A products, C/C++ development, and real-time embedded systems development.
