IT Sr Software Engineer

Job Description

Improve user experience by implementing and enhancing complex enterprise applications, including configuring and building solutions on-premise or in cloud-hosted environments. Lead design and configuration work across projects, document processes and procedures, and transition operational support to Technical Analysts.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent software development experience, and at least five years of job-related experience. Requires experience leading Consumer Journey Analytics engineering, including technical implementations, analytics, data architecture, web data collection, WebSDK implementation, and configuring events and triggers; a master's degree is preferred.
