Lead Software Engineer - Security Platforms

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of secure, high-quality software solutions, while reviewing code and improving application stability. Promote responsible use of approved AI-assisted engineering tools, automate recurring remediation, and evaluate vendor and internal technical solutions.

Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least five years of applied experience, including hands-on system design, development, testing, and operational support. Candidates should have advanced programming skills, experience guiding safe and validated AI-assisted development, strong SDLC, agile, security, resiliency, and cloud-native knowledge, and familiarity with financial services IT systems.
