Civil Engineer - Land Development

Job Description

Prepare site development plans and engineering calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, and produce construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Support feasibility and due diligence work, coordinate with project teams, clients, and permitting agencies, and help secure regulatory approvals while maintaining design quality.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline and at least two years of civil site design or land development experience are required. Candidates should have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, experience with development projects, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
