Prepare site development plans and engineering calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, and assist with feasibility studies, due diligence, reports, and construction drawings. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and permitting agencies to advance projects through design and regulatory approvals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline and at least two years of civil site design or land development experience are required. Candidates should have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, experience with development projects, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
