Civil Engineer - Land Development

Job Description

Prepare site development plans and engineering calculations and drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Support feasibility and due diligence work, coordinate with project teams, clients, and permitting agencies, and help secure regulatory approvals.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline and at least two years of civil site design or land development experience are required. Candidates should have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, experience with development projects, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
