Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, build, test, and maintain secure, reliable software and developer tools used across the firm, while resolving performance and production issues and contributing to architectural decisions. Lead engineering communities of practice, mentor junior engineers, and promote responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least five years of applied experience, with advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and practical experience across design, development, testing, and operations. Candidates should also have expertise in CI/CD, REST APIs, desktop software configuration and distribution across major operating systems, and safe, compliant use of AI development tools.
