Job Description

Lead the design, development, and operation of scalable enterprise data products, providing hands-on technical leadership across implementation, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production readiness. Establish data engineering standards, promote safe and effective AI-assisted development, improve data quality and platform reliability, and mentor engineers while partnering with business and technology teams.

Requirements: Requires at least 10 years of software or data engineering experience, formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, and hands-on expertise with Databricks, distributed data processing, and production-grade enterprise data solutions. Candidates should demonstrate strong data engineering and architecture fundamentals, technical leadership, and the ability to guide secure, responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
