Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Civil EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in Land Development to join a growing civil engineering team. This role will support the planning, design, and permitting of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design site development projects including grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadway, and erosion control
* Prepare construction plans, calculations, reports, and permit documents
* Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and plan production
* Coordinate with clients, municipalities, permitting agencies, and other project disciplines
* Assist with project management and construction administration
* Ensure designs meet applicable local, state, and federal requirements

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* EIT or PE license/certification
* Land Development/site design experience
* Proficiency with Civil 3D
* Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
* Strong communication and organizational skills
