**About the Job**

Design and implement reliable electrical power, automation, and process control systems that improve plant performance, safety, and operational efficiency in support of capital projects.

* Lead electrical and process control projects from concept through startup and commissioning.
* Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and cost-benefit analyses.
* Design, program, and optimize industrial control and automation systems.
* Collaborate with Process Engineers to improve process performance and control strategies.
* Evaluate, specify, and implement instrumentation and control technologies.
* Support power distribution projects, including system studies and capacity assessments.
* Coordinate installation activities with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
* Maintain and update electrical drawings, standards, and technical documentation.

**Required Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* 5 to 10 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably within industrial manufacturing, process controls, or automation environments.
* Experience managing engineering or capital improvement projects.
* Experience with electrical system design, industrial controls, and PLC/HMI programming.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
* Knowledge of Rockwell Automation hardware and software platforms.
* Familiarity with industrial networking and communication protocols.
* Experience with AVEVA/Wonderware software applications.
* Computer-aided drafting (CAD) skills.
* Knowledge of power distribution system analysis, including energy flow, arc flash, and capacity studies.
* Strong presentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to develop and implement process control strategies and instrumentation standards.
