Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design and develop complex custom machinery and automation solutions, including performing engineering calculations, reviewing customer requirements, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Own high-risk projects, lead and participate in design reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, and occasionally support customer-site evaluations and installations.

Requirements: Candidates should have substantial experience designing complex machinery with SolidWorks, a strong background in machine and process design, and experience manipulating facility layouts in AutoCAD. The role also calls for knowledge of machine safety standards, project prioritization, and mentoring ability; an associate degree or equivalent is expected, with a bachelor's degree preferred, while equivalent industry experience may be considered.
