Lead, Embedded Software Engineer (Optical Space Systems) : Sign-on bonus ($30K max)

Job Description

Lead the design, development, integration, and testing of real-time embedded flight software for space-based imaging payloads throughout the software lifecycle. Collaborate on requirements, architecture, implementation, verification, documentation, test planning, and mission integration.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field with at least 9 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least 7 years, or 13 years in lieu of a degree. Candidates need aerospace embedded software experience and familiarity with RTOS platforms, simulators, C/C++ or Python, embedded controllers, mechanisms, and communications; the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.
