Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead or contribute to product development, reliability, and quality improvement projects for centrifugal compressors, including aerodynamic design, CFD analysis, refrigeration-cycle analysis, and testing. Develop qualification and laboratory test plans, coordinate prototype and sample builds, document engineering procedures, and report project status to management.

Requirements: Requires a master's degree in a specified engineering or computational field and at least five years of engineering design, analysis, and testing experience, or a PhD in a specified field and at least two years of such experience. Preferred qualifications include rotating or reciprocating machinery aerodynamics, MATLAB or CFD modeling, experimental testing, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and lead in a global team.
