Senior MEP Preconstruction Manager

Job Description

Lead MEP preconstruction services, including estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, value analysis, risk assessment, and coordination with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal departments. Guide client presentations and ensure a smooth transition of project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to construction operations.

Requirements: Requires at least six years of construction estimating and/or project management experience, strong construction knowledge, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively. Engineering experience in electrical or mechanical disciplines is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, while experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, estimating tools, and BIM is desirable.
