Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description

Lead site design and technical document development for land development projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including grading, utilities, storm drainage, water and sewer systems, and subdivision plans. Prepare planning and construction documents, manage permitting and erosion-control design, perform quality checks, and support the development of junior staff.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred, along with 3–10+ years of land development design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. EIT certification and/or a PE license and experience with Northern Virginia projects are preferred.
