Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Leads and manages the Electrical Engineering team, overseeing hiring, performance, workload planning, and professional development while serving as the senior technical authority for electrical design. Directs electrical system design and documentation, conducts testing and troubleshooting, and collaborates across departments and with customers to deliver integrated, manufacturable solutions.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience, including experience in a lead or senior design engineer role. Consulting engineering and industrial project experience, electrical manufacturing design, renewable energy or UPS/BESS industry experience, and a Professional Engineer license are preferred, with the license not required.
