Job Description

Analyze failed warranty parts and test components or vehicles to reproduce failures, identify defects, and determine root causes. Document and present findings, coordinate investigations and containment with suppliers and internal teams, and support warranty-related cost recovery.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, electrical technology, or mechanical engineering is listed, with equivalent related work experience also accepted. The role calls for 0–6 years of experience depending on education, along with analytical root cause investigation skills and the mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble parts.
