Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design, analyze, and document mechanical systems, launch hardware, production tooling, and ground support equipment using Siemens NX, taking projects from concept through fabrication, testing, and implementation. Collaborate with technicians, manufacturing, and operations teams; support field installation and troubleshooting; and balance technical requirements with cost, schedule, safety, and manufacturability.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, 1–2 years of mechanical engineering experience, Siemens NX proficiency, and knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, drawings, and basic structural analysis. Preferred qualifications include experience with mechanical structures or tooling, GD&T, FEA software, fabrication and testing, project ownership, and a master's degree.
