Design Engineer

Job Description

Develop and maintain software, automation tools, and intelligent workflows that streamline semiconductor physical design, layout, routing, and advanced packaging. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities, measure productivity and ROI, and provide reliable, scalable tools and technical support.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 8 or more years of relevant semiconductor design, CAD/EDA, or automation experience. Candidates should have strong Cadence Virtuoso and Python experience, hands-on physical design or routing expertise, a record of building engineering automation tools, and effective cross-functional communication skills.
