Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Lead complex engineering projects from initiation through completion, improving manufacturing and assembly operations through process development, time studies, lean methods, and engineering analysis. Develop standards and provide technical guidance while collaborating with operations and internal teams to optimize workflows, quality, efficiency, and costs.

Requirements: Requires 10 or more years of manufacturing experience, hands-on industrial or manufacturing engineering experience, and proficiency in time studies, workflow analysis, process improvement, and relevant CAE tools. Candidates should be able to manage projects within schedule and budget, apply lean practices, analyze costs and performance data, and communicate technical information effectively; consumer products, assembly, and Lean or Six Sigma experience are preferred.
