Software Engineer 2 (AI/GenAI)

Job Description

Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain production-ready software products, taking full-stack ownership and applying architectural, reliability, performance, security, and compliance best practices. Analyze failures, conduct code reviews, improve operations, and collaborate across teams to deliver incremental improvements and support the bank’s technology transformation.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and three to five years of relevant experience are required. The role seeks experience building AI/GenAI applications and workflows with LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, cloud AI platforms, APIs, microservices, databases, containers, CI/CD, and distributed cloud systems, along with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
