Senior Staff Agentic Search Infrastructure Engineer - Moveworks

Job Description

Own the architecture, development, and operation of large-scale search infrastructure, including indexing, ingestion, enrichment, retrieval, and multimodal search systems for enterprise AI agents. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, improve reliability and performance, and mentor engineers while advancing the platform’s search and knowledge capabilities.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 8–12+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems, search platforms, or data infrastructure; a PhD is a plus. Candidates need hands-on experience with search technologies and production-scale retrieval or vector search systems, along with a record of leading cross-team technical initiatives and delivering operationally excellent systems.
