Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Design and develop mechanical components and cooling solutions for AI data centers and hyperscale servers, including CAD modeling, analysis, prototyping, verification, and testing. Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues, collaborate with R&D, manufacturing teams, and suppliers, and support new product introduction, mass production, and continuous improvement.

Requirements: Requires fluency in Mandarin and English, a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, and at least one year of mechanical engineering or related industry experience. Candidates should be proficient with Creo, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools and bring hands-on product development, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills; relevant design, prototyping, testing, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
