Senior Software Engineer - Contact Center

Job Description

Develop, test, implement, document, maintain, and support scalable, reliable applications and platforms, including analyzing data and making sound design decisions. Mentor junior developers, coordinate project deliverables, and communicate technical issues and solutions to business stakeholders.

Requirements: The role calls for deep experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, Java or Python, scalable web services, ESB, and event or stream processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Elasticsearch. It also requires strong application development and system maintenance expertise, data analysis, communication, project prioritization, ownership, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
