Job Description

Design and improve mechanical systems, tooling, and manufacturing equipment for composite production while supporting product introductions and production scale-up. Lead or support capital projects, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and advance safety, quality, productivity, reliability, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and at least three years of engineering experience in manufacturing are required. Candidates should have mechanical design, manufacturing-process, analysis, troubleshooting, and project-management skills, CAD experience, and strong communication and prioritization abilities.
