Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer - Tool Engineer

Job Description

Develop and launch manufacturing processes and equipment for powertrain programs, meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Support program scope, investment assessments, facilities and machine installation, process standards, SPW deployment, root-cause problem solving, and standardization across plants.

Requirements: Requires a technical bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma/GED with at least three years of engineering or manufacturing engineering experience, along with strong communication, organizational, analytical, and cross-functional teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree, a master’s degree, 10 years of manufacturing experience, and five years of program management or experience in a multitasking environment.
