Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services for freight management, including backend systems, APIs, integrations, and user-facing features. Partner with product and business stakeholders, guide technical decisions and engineers, and improve application performance, reliability, observability, and production support.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience building and supporting software across the full development lifecycle, including .NET applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and modern front-end features. They should be able to use AI-powered development tools responsibly, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead technical work, and mentor engineers.
