Senior Software Engineer- AI for RTL Design & Formal Verification

Job Description

Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic systems to support RTL and physical design, lint and static analysis, and formal verification workflows. Build engineering assistants, retrieval systems, databases, and dashboards, integrating AI solutions with existing EDA flows and collaborating with design, verification, and CAD teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience, plus 4–10 years of software engineering experience with exposure to RTL design or verification. Candidates should have strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, multi-agent systems, RAG, and vector databases, and familiarity with RTL languages and formal or static verification tools is strongly preferred.
