Staff Engineer/Tech Lead

Job Description

Lead the design and development of customer order-entry applications, guiding frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, API integration, and automated testing. Improve CI/CD and production reliability while mentoring engineers and partnering with Product Management, UX, and Architecture.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least five years designing, building, testing, and deploying modern software applications. Candidates should have strong React, Next.js, and JavaScript or TypeScript expertise, experience with test automation and backend integrations, and the ability to lead technical decisions and collaborate across Agile teams.
