Software Engineer, Machine Learning Systems

Job Description

Build and operate reliable tooling for weather-model inference, including failure detection and recovery so forecasts continue running. Develop real-time atmospheric data pipelines and visualization tools that reveal processing progress, bottlenecks, and failures.

Requirements: Candidates should have owned production software, built substantial systems, and be comfortable investigating unfamiliar code and debugging across system components. The role also calls for curiosity, independent problem-solving, operational discipline, and effective use of AI tools; prior machine learning experience is not required.
