Software Engineer - AI Enablement & Engineering Productivity

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain internal software tools, services, and automations that improve engineering productivity and support AI-enabled workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to identify workflow improvements, evaluate new technologies, troubleshoot tools, and enhance their reliability.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related field is required, along with strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one modern programming language. Applicants should demonstrate analytical and troubleshooting ability, clear communication, quick learning, interest in applying AI and automation to engineering workflows, and authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
