Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Set technical direction and design scalable, secure, reliable payment systems while remaining hands-on in software development, architecture, testing, and delivery. Champion AI-first engineering practices, mentor engineers, and partner across product, architecture, operations, and engineering teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of .NET software development experience, strong expertise in the Microsoft development stack, and experience designing scalable enterprise applications in Azure or another public cloud. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI coding agents and AI development frameworks, modern DevOps and testing practices, databases, messaging architectures, and the ability to influence and mentor across teams.
